Ambassador Mahinda Samarasinghe met with Congressman David Cicilline (Democratic, Rhode Island) on Tuesday 31st January, and briefed the Congressman on the latest developments in Sri Lanka. Congressman Cicilline is a senior member of the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
