On 15th March 2023, under an educational program organized by GreenContributor Inc., a group of Sri Lankan students from St. Thomas Prep School, Colombo visited the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Washington DC. The students were warmly welcomed by the Embassy Staff and had the opportunity of meeting with Ambassador Samarasinghe, who briefed them on climate related challenges and how Sri Lanka hopes to overcome those challenges.
