Upon the invitation of Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. U. M. Ali Sabry, H. E. Mahinda Samarasinghe, Ambassador of Sri Lanka in U. S. A. virtually addressed Foreign Service Officers in Foreign Ministry and missions abroad, on: Political advocacy, Lobbying, Networking and Internal team building to better achieve objectives, on 10th March 2023.
A large group official participated in the discussion. Ambassador Samarasinghe’s briefing was followed by a question and answer session. The session lasted for two hours.
